Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage all billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing for all transactions.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and other records for management review.
Perform regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any financial issues.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Liaise with external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Implement and maintain accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in billing, bookkeeping, or a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Office Timing: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
