Job Description

Responsibility

  • Accurately record all financial transactions in the firm’s accounting system and software (TALLY).
  • Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and comply with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
  • Monitor and control the firm’s expenses to ensure they align with the budget.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
  • Oversee the management of the firm’s bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Prepare, issue, and monitor cheques as needed.

Other Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (TALLY) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Note: Valid two-wheeler license is a must.
