Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsibility

Accurately record all financial transactions in the firm’s accounting system and software (TALLY).
Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and comply with relevant regulations and laws.
Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
Monitor and control the firm’s expenses to ensure they align with the budget.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
Oversee the management of the firm’s bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
Prepare, issue, and monitor cheques as needed.

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (TALLY) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Notes:

Prioritized to male candidate.
Valid two-wheeler license is a must.
