Department: Finance Department
Reports to: HOD/CEO

Position Summary: Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information. Manage all the accounting transactions.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements & reports including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash flow, Reconciliation & IRD related documents
Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments plus collections.
Manage all accounting & administrative transactions, also maintaining day books.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns as per compliance.
Audit financial transactions & Accounting activities.
Prepare employee salary and other benefits, ensuring compliance with laws.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into the company's financial performance.
