Job Description

Prepare, file and pay tax returns, VAT and TDS in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements and provide feedback to the Proprietor.
Perform bank reconciliations and party ledger reconciliations.
Check attendance sheet of workers, handle salary and wages and ensure accurate tax deductions.
Manage and maintain proper inventory of manufacturing goods at factory.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and coordinate with the auditor regarding those changes.
Conduct year-end close processes.
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making.
Handle overall banking operations.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Make party payment plans.
Handle petty cash and maintain proper record of same.
Working as instructed by the proprietor.
Coordinate with other administration staffs and workers for the smooth operation of the factory.
Handling factory utility bill payments.
Handling Labor Office work and make documents related to labor as needed.
Handling Malpot tax for OD renewal.
Responsible renewal of EXIM code, PO Box, certificates of Gharelu Tatha Sana Uddyog, Handicraft Association etc.
Calculating piece rate work of workers as well as monthly working reports of workers.
Prepare export incentive documents for Udhyog Bibhag and NRB to claim incentives.
