Job Description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for Bikash Surgical.
Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts.
Generate regular financial reports summarizing business activities.
Provide management with timely and accurate financial information.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
Collaborate with management to develop and manage budgets.
Monitor budget variances and provide explanations as needed.
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
