Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Record and categorize financial transactions such as income, expenses, and other financial activities.
Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement) on a regular basis.
Generate financial reports for management to aid in decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to guide the organization's financial planning.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures and provide variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Prepare and submit tax returns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
Provide necessary documentation and explanations for audit queries.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights into financial trends, costs, and revenue.
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
Handle payroll tax calculations and submissions.

Note:

Preference shall be given to the candidate who have two wheeler (scooter) with a valid driving license.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Must be fluent in English.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Should be able to do banking and all, account reconciliations, quotation and party follow up.

Working Time: 10am - 5pm
