  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for Bikash Surgical.
  • Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts.
  • Generate regular financial reports summarizing business activities.
  • Provide management with timely and accurate financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and manage budgets.
  • Monitor budget variances and provide explanations as needed.
