New York City based Law Offices of Keshab Raj Seadie, P.C. is opening its affiliate office in Kathmandu and seeks to recruit multiple US Immigration Preparation Professionals who will be responsible for all aspects of Immigration preparation, and client management. Upon completion of 2-3 year service, possibility of US visa sponsorship or U.S. permanent residency.

Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Other Specification
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Tally and so on
  • Having working level knowledge in VAT and TDS return
  • Having good skill in MS word, MS Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Special licenses or certification may be required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
  • Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.

Job Description

  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
  • Preparing reports
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  • Candidates should be proficient to operate accounting software and will be given preference to the candidate who has proficient knowledge on quick book accounting software

Note :

  • Preference will be given to the candidates with accounting degree from US universities or institution. 
  • U.S Shift NPT 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
