Accountant

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial records and transactions of the Global Education Counselling Centre.
• Utilize Tally software to accurately record, classify, and summarize financial data.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and documents for auditing purposes.
• Monitor sales and expenditures, ensuring accurate and timely recording.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial processes.
• Handle general administrative duties related to accounting and finance as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of proven experience as an Accountant.
• Proficient in using Tally software for accounting tasks.
• Strong knowledge of financial document preparation and auditing procedures.
• Excellent English language skills for effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to communicate professionally via email and handle correspondence.
• Sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Schedule: This position is part-time and requires working 3 days a week.
