Accountant

• Handle all transactions related to accounts
• Maintain daily accounts in accounting software
• Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients
• Maintain financial database
• Resolve accounting discrepancies
• Prepare invoice
• Reporting - Prepare daily, weekly/monthly closing and cost accounting reports
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business accounts
• Ageing analysis of debtors/creditors/advances
• GP Analysis of tour files
• Bank and Party Reconciliation
• Prepare and submit required reporting (Central Bank, Department of Tourism, bank etc.
• Payment follows ups and collect Cash/cheque from Clients

Note: Two-wheeler license holder and two wheeler holder are preferred
