Job Description

Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Completing purchase and sales orders
Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
Completing bank reconciliations
Entering financial information into Tally/Swastik software programs
Managing party ledgers
Processing business expenses
Coordinating internal and external audits
Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
Bank & VAT Reconciliation
Regular report on Stocks/Sundry Debtors/Creditors/Expenses
