Accountant

The Accountant serves as a principal person to facilitate all society finances in a systematic way and is solely responsible for overall management of income/expenses details of the society. S/he will work under the supervision of Society Manager. Only in case of policy issues, the accountant may be guided by CRS. 

Duties:

Basically, the Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations carried out in society. Further, the Accountant acts as a facilitator relating to the implementation of the financial systems, reporting and its management. The Accountant will take sole responsibility on the below-mentioned areas:

Collection & Entries 

• Handle day to day accounting matters
• Proper collection of service and electricity charge from the residents in a managed way
• Accurate entry of payment data of the residents
• Payment gateway reconciliation processes
• Maintain ledger scrutiny on a regular basis
• Maintain day book and bank reconciliation 

Financial Reports 

• Preparation of monthly income expenses reports 
• Responsible for handling petty cash  
• Preparation of balance sheets and vouchers
• Contribute towards finalization of accounts
• Responsible for handling petty cash
• Preparation of monthly salary sheets reports

Financial Execution 

• Assist in monthly receipting and tally of books
• Review of Accounting policies and other disclosures 
• Contribute towards expense management, payables, and receivables

Others: 

• Perform other related duties as directed by the society manager, committee, and as required.

Salary : 

• As per the rules and regulations of Cityscape Residency Samaj.  Other facilities and working hours will be applied as Society's rule.
