Maintain financial records for company by analyzing following daily schedule and completes task everyday for that day.
Reconciles bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
Supporting to auditors to complete statutory audit as well as internal audits.
Corrects errors by posting, adjusting journal entries.
Maintain account receivable and account payable up to date.
Complete end of month procedures.
Maintain up to date stock statements. Frequent physical stock verification with stock statement maintained.
File VAT return, prepare sales and purchase registers
Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
