We are looking for an experienced and well-organized accountant to cate care of company’s account related work under the guidance of company management.

Responsibilities

• End to End Accounting work from Vouchers to Finalization in Tally ERP
• Daily Accounting Entries
• VAT Accounting, Payments, Returns and Reconciliation
• TDS Accounting, Payments, Returns and Reconciliation
• Salary Calculations, Accounting and Payments
• Vendor Payments Online and Offline
• Bank Reconciliations
• Ledger Reconciliations & Rectifications
• Generation of MIS reports
• Debtor Collections Follow up and Reporting
• Petty Cash
• Voucher preparations
• Journal Entries
• New Ledger Creations in Tally ERP
• Data Compilation
• Data Safekeeping, Filing and Storage
• Daily Data Back up
• Correspondence with Vendors, Debtors, Service Providers, banks, Govt Department

Required Candidate profile:

• Excellent working knowledge of Accounting on Tally ERP
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Emailing, Internet and Computer operations.
• Spoken and Written English Communication skills
• Self-disciplined and self-motivated
• Experienced in independently handling accounting of group of companies
• Education should be at least Graduate. Post-Graduation or Inter CA Level would be an added advantage
• Accounting, GST, TDS and Accounts Finalization knowledge and Experience
• Ability to commute to the work location at Andheri west
• Young, Smart and Experienced in Tally Accounting
• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
