Job Description

Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations, handling of financial and cost accounting role but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, etc.
Processing of Invoices and payments, deduction of withholding tax.
Maintain the finance reports.
To record the documents of fund transfer into system on daily basis
Bank Reconciliation and management of bank deposits.
Maintain Ledger Statement on monthly basis.
Maintains Accounts files, Petty Cash Handling, Issue & Posting Debit/Credit Vouchers.
Cheques Collections and Depositing in Bank and Maintain Bank Vouchers statements.
Adhere to practice company core values, policies, and procedures to create a productive, organized, clean and safe work environment.
Any other work assigned from time to time.
