• Prepare and update the BRS (Bank reconciliation statement)
• Coordination with the site office for record making and financial reports
• Communication with supplier for party confirmation and other stakeholders
• Entry and recording of all financial transactions
• Proper management of all the supporting documents
• Assist in preparing JV wise expenses report, inventory report, and machinery report
• Handling of the checkbook and its recording
• Knowledge of Tax, VAT is needed
• Asset management and its recording
• Other duties as assigned by the reporting Line
