  • Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
  • Bachelor/Master degree in accounting/ finance or relevant field.
  • Should have the knowledge of Finpro, Tally, Swastik, Saral & other software.

Job Description

  • Establish and implement proper accounting management systems and processes that provide accurate, current and complete disclosure of accounts and financial transactions in line with organizational requirements as per prevailing accounting principles
  • Periodically prepare and submit various Accounting/Financial reports and Bank/IRD related documents to top level management and corresponding bodies
  • Responsible for the loan disbursement from the bank and preparation of the documents as required by the bank.
  • Computation & filing of Income Tax/Returns of the organization
  • Responsible for timely year-end audit
  • Handle cash and bank transactions and other correspondence with the bank
  • Preparation of the employee payroll and TDS calculation.
  • Ensure timely collection and payment mechanism to the suppliers.
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
  • Research and reconcile all discrepancies periodically
  • Set up, monitor and present accounting KPIs/Key Accounts Metrics to top level management followed by meeting financial accounting objectives
  • Liaising with banks, financial institutes and government bodies involving business activities to ensure proper compliance with laws and accounting practices
  • Oversee the Inventory management System from the accounting and financial point of view Periodically and verify/evaluate the stock and reconciliation of records and submitting the quarterly report with recommendations of the same by coordinating with the concerned department head.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Evaluate the expenditures control system and minimize company expenses wherever possible.
  • Design and implement sound internal control system to safeguard financial records and documents of the organization.
  • Involvement in the Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and fill up the Income Tax D3 & CRO.
  • Involvement in the Credit Rating Documents.
  • Preparation of Master Budget & evaluation with Budget Vs Actual with What-if Analysis.
  • Perform the task of Financial Analyst.
