Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Record day-to-day entry of accounting data in Busy
Payroll
Create daily reports of sales, cash flow management
Prepare and file VAT and eTDS returns
Prepare documents for audits
Knowledge of banking
Store keeping, Stock entry
Verify every sale, purchase and expense bills and ensure its duly and properly recorded
Ensure all advances are settled on time
Ensure that the physical stock matches with accounting software
Reconcile & verify bank, tax return, stock at the end of every month
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Manage/monitor daily office operation
Prepare and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts, Journal, Vouchers, ledgers, etc

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies

Having at least 1 year of experience

Typing skills ( English and Nepali)

Strong financial and analytical ability

Good knowledge of MS office
