Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Completing purchase orders
Coordinating with Banks for processing of LC's & T.T. for Import Clearance
Managing payroll
Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
Completing bank reconciliations
Entering financial information into Swastik software programs
Managing company ledgers
Processing business expenses
Coordinating internal and external audits
Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
VAT Reconciliation
Regular report on Stocks/Sundry Debtors/Creditors/Expenses

Note : The Salary of the candidate will depend upon the skills, qualification and experience of the candidates.
