• Maintain proper records of every transactions in accounting software i.e. Swastik
  
• Calculate the Cost and make entry in Software
• Maintain up to date record of Party Ledger
• Calculate and process the Salary Payment and prepare salary slip
• Liaise with third parties (banks, vendors, tax office, and others) to ensure smooth operation
• Ensure Purchase book, Sales book and Stock book are maintained properly
• Prepare necessary documents required for import
• Maintain proper record of all import, purchase and sales documents and bills
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement every month
• Compliance with TDS requirements
• Assist in preparation of periodic and year-end financial reports for Nepal
• Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports daily, weekly & monthly basis
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
