Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain record of day to day transactions
Making entries of sales of services in the system
Reconciling bank accounts
Getting funds and accounts reconciled
Checking expense vouchers to standards prepared by supervisors and report any discrepancies
Any additional work given by seniors as and when required

Have a good knowledge of FAMAS accounting software
Completed bachelors’ degree with in Account or Finance and/or related field completed or running bachelors
At least 1 years of experience in related field
Should have experience in data entry and producing reports through FAMAS accounting software
Should have good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Should have good knowledge of tax, VAT, banking transaction
Should have good communication skill
Should be positive in attitude towards job and organization

Fightback is a sexual violence risk reduction education program in Nepal. It offers a comprehensive program that integrates both soft skills and physical techniques for addressing violence and harassment. Fightback has made significant strides in our mission to address violence and harassment. Our in-person training and outreach have now benefited a total of 111,500 individuals, spanning 35 districts in Nepal. This includes 61,500 women and girls, as well as 50,000 boys, men, parents, and teachers. Specifically, 54,000 girls and 7,500 women have received training, along with 38,500 boys, 5,000 men, 5,700 parents, and 800 teachers.

FightBack International is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working globally to reduce the risk of sexual violence by empowering women, girls, and communities with mental, vocal, and physical skills. In Nepal, FightBack operates through its local entity, FightBack Nepal a registered non-profit entity headquartered in Bagdole, Lalitpur.
