Job Description

  • Handling all transactions related to account department
  • Prepare Journal Vouchers /Trial Balance /Income Statements and Balance Sheets
  • Prepare monthly bank /cash/debtor/creditor/Stock reconciliation
  • Prepare MIS to be submitted monthly to the management
  • Look after the day to day financial transaction of the company
  • Prepare the monthly salary sheet
  • Follow up with the candidates and client for full payment
  • Report to the finance director
  • Pay the bills like electricity, water and telephone on time
  • Help the auditors during financial audits
  • Issue salary to all staff
  • Report to the Finance Head for finance related activities
