  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, having 3 years’ experience as a construction accountant
  • Should perform monthly closings, verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, maintenance of accounting files and organization of various financial forms. 
  • Knowledge of a full range of business matters that impact profitability, risk assessment and management, and financial reporting as well as tax and vat
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Nepali and English

Job Description

  • Reporting and manage a team including Payroll Compliance, Contracts and Subcontracts.
  • Full responsible for managing the accounting department and prepare weekly/monthly financial reports.
  • Tracking items against project budget as per bill and payment to vendors.
  • Create and import spreadsheets, budgets and reports among the various software applications (Excel, Word, Tally ERP).
  • Communicating regularly with the vendors, Project Managers and Clients.
  • Prepare balance sheet and should have knowledge of audit and tax preparation
