  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Skills of operating accounting software (swastik)
  • Skills of budgeting and maintaining internal control

Working Hour: 9AM - 6PM (6 days a week)

Job Description

  • Maintain bookkeeping and accounting process of the project and income and expenses
  • Review advance request & settlement from the project team for implementation of the program
  • Produce monthly financial status report to share with a partner, the senior team in the office and executive board
  • Prepare for statutory and project periodic financial audit and facilitate audit process
  • Educate project team on the financial process requirements and procedures
  • Suggest Office-in-Charge on the need of amendment and adoption of new policies, procedures on the financial management
  • Vendor dealing, negotiation and preparation of comparison sheet for vendor selection
  • Preparation of salary sheet, tax calculation and ensure time transfer of salary, and deposition of statutory taxes
