Job Description

  • Manage the accounts of the Hotel
  • Daily Book Keeping, Handling Debtors, Creditors and Cash.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Assist to compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Assist to manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Assist for Audit  of financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
