Roles and responsibilities of this job

Day Book Entry:

To record each and every transactions by date, as they occur

Performing Accounting Operations:

Perform the day-to-day accounts operations within the company, such as invoicing, preparing vouchers like
Debit voucher, journal voucher and cash voucher.

Cash Management:

To oversee the cash inflows and outflows

Preparing Financial Reports:

Preparing financial reports in coordination with internal auditor, executive director

Payroll Management:

To administer employee's financial records which includes the salaries, wages, deductions, and net pay

Bank Update :

To update the day to day bank transaction which can clarify the financial position of bank

Documentation:

To make ready all the required documents for Bank purpose, Tax purpose

Tax Related Work:

To perform all the tax related like tax payment, visit tax office for different purpose etc.

Fee Approval:

To approve the fee received and entered by cash department in Edusys

Security Deposit Approval:

To approve the Security deposit received and entered by cash department in Edusys

Vendor Reconciliation :

To match the invoices and other documents from the company’s system with that of vendor’s and sending for the final payment

Reporting:

Prepare reports like:-

Daily work done report
Weekly cash flow/funds flow report
Monthly financial reports

Others:

Other duties as assigned by supervisor
