Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Previous experience atleast 3years in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction project management and financial principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the construction sector.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in construction project management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction industry.
Manage financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking.
Oversee the coordination of construction projects, working closely with project managers and other relevant teams.
Lead and mentor a team of account executives and coordinators.
Contribute to the development of strategic plans for business growth and client acquisition.
Participate in contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
Effectively communicate project updates, financial information, and other relevant details to clients and internal teams.
