Roles and responsibilities of this job

Mega Cleaning Solution, an Australia-based company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join the team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Managing invoices and payroll processes.
Assisting with employee relations activities.
Maintaining employee records and administrative documentation.
Keeping accurate daily records and reports.
Performing data analysis and preparing reports.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

Personal laptop with a reliable internet connection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Working Schedule

Time: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Australian Time) (Starts at 3:45 AM Nepal Time)
Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
