Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, and proficiency in Tally and Excel. This role offers hands-on experience in managing financial records and contributing to the smooth operation of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records using Tally and Excel
Assist in bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, and transaction recording
Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting
Support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations
Ensure compliance with internal policies and CIT requirements

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum +2 pass (Higher Secondary Certificate)
2 years of experience in accounting or related field
Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Nepali typing
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
