Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, maintaining compliance with Nepali tax regulations, and supporting management in financial decision-making. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update books of accounts, including sales, purchases, inventory, expenses, and assets
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and stock reconciliation
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities as required
  • Ensure timely compliance with legal and tax regulations
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and assist management in financial planning and decision-making
