Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, maintaining compliance with Nepali tax regulations, and supporting management in financial decision-making. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and update books of accounts, including sales, purchases, inventory, expenses, and assets
Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and stock reconciliation
Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities as required
Ensure timely compliance with legal and tax regulations
Prepare periodic financial reports and assist management in financial planning and decision-making
