Job Description

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the organization's trading activities
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and follow-up with customers for payment
Monitor and analyze budget and expenditure data to identify potential areas of cost savings
Prepare financial reports and present them to management for decision making
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving financial performance
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Manage accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Handle all banking transactions and reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to trading activities
