Job Description

This role involves working as part of the bookkeeping team, establishing and nurturing client relationships, planning and overseeing outsourcing engagements, and offering suggestions to enhance and streamline practice processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling customer payments and managing expenses.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make complex, time-sensitive decisions that benefit the organization.
  • Review new deals and agreements in the CRM on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, tracking inventory movements.
  • Provide weekly assistance to clients with revenue/collection and accounts receivable (AR) reports.
  • Prepare and distribute MIS reports to management on a weekly basis.
  • Regularly communicate with clients and follow up on their queries.
