Job Description

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, ledger accounts, and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and accruals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Manage and track budget and expenses, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain various financial reports and analysis as required by management.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any financial issues.
  • Update and maintain general ledger and accounting system.
  • Participate in the preparation and analysis of the annual budget.
  • Assist with the annual external audits and provide necessary information and support.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline accounting processes.
