Job Description

The Godawari Business Organization is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Semi Qualified CA to join our team. This mid-level position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, bookkeeping, cost accounting, cash management, and stock management for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management
  • Monitor cash flow and manage cash balances to ensure efficient use of funds
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
  • Perform cost accounting activities to track and analyze expenses and identify areas for cost savings
  • Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies and budgets
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting laws and regulations and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance
  • Provide support for external audits and tax filings
  • Train and supervise accounting staff as needed

Qualifications

  • Semi Qualified CA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
