Job Description

Himmalagari Travel and Tours is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in the Travel and Tourism industry and will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our company's operations. The Account Officer will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial transactions and proper record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
  • Monitor and track expenses to ensure they are within budget
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist with budget planning and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any financial issues
