Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Handle all aspects of accounting, including ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Oversee TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations and submissions.
  • Perform stock management, including inventory tracking and reconciliation.
  • Record and process journal vouchers and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Provide financial insights and support to other departments as needed.
