MKCL has core objective to be a Manager in Agriculture Value Chain by developing Agri business throughout the chain such as agriculture production, collection, processing, national & International marketing, research & development, technical services including supply of all agriculture inputs to farmers.

  • Excellent Knowledge of Book Keeping, Pricing, Costing and Data Analysis, Management Reporting etc.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) shall be given preference.
  • Knowledge of NFRS, Financial Reporting and ability to prepare the periodic Financial Statement 
  • Knowledge of VAT, TDS, other taxes and its statutory requirement (such as payment, filing) is must.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (High proficiency in the use of MS Excel and MS Word).
  • Strong organizational, communication skills & public relationship.
  • Time and priority management ability.
  • Swift and instinctive decision maker.
  • Working knowledge in Manufacturing and trading shall be prioritized.

Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in account, Finance and related field

    Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on application deadline.

    Experience: 

    • Qualified CA -Minimum 1-3 Years of experience in related field
    • Semi- Qualified CA -Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in related field

    Note: Candidates having own two-wheeler and its license shall be given preference.


    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Timely and accurate maintenance of Financial Records/ Book Keeping
    • Coordination with the customers, suppliers, bank and other stakeholders
    • Handling accounts receivable, payable and reconciliation
    • Ensure maximum compliance of tax laws, especially with withholding taxes
    • Work closely with the auditor by assembling and providing all necessary financial documents and information for auditing
    • Prepare maintain and authorize daily accounts and make entries into the accounting system
    • Prepare Periodic Financial Reports, income statement and balance sheets
    • Take appropriate measures to comply withholding requirement, submission of VAT returns and relevant compliances as required in income Tax TDS, VAT, Custom Act and other applicable legislation
    • Prepare financial statements on conformity with Nepal Financial Reporting Statements in all material respects (e.g. Balance Sheet, income statement, cash flow Notes, etc.)
    • Budget planning and control
    • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
    • Reconciliation of Bank, Stock, Debtors on timely manner
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by concerned authority.
    • Prepare the internal control matrix of the organization.
    • Coordinate and conduct the internal audit of the organization with external auditors.
    • Coordinate and assist the supervisor and management for effective implementation of the internal control.
    • Carry out the one-time analysis of the Project/Plan as assigned by the supervisor.
    • Review the accounting of the farming center of excellence and monitor their control.
    • Preparation of the budget at different cost center of the organization and tracking the same.
    • Maintain and enhance the working environment with all staff community.
    • Maintain and nurture SOP’s of company at all level.
    • Other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
