Job Description

Be involved in VAT Register updating, Checking and Reconciling, Keeping proper accounting records of sales /purchases with proper costing of Imports in the Accounting Software, Managing and executing day to day activities with Team Spirit, coordinating with all concerned Branches/Head Office/Sites/Vendors etc.
Monthly TDS filing, VAT filing, PF and CIT/PF deposit / reconciliation,,Weekly reporting about Books of accounts, fund positions along with future strategies for debtor's collection, vendor payment and other day to day activities to the management
Proper Bookkeeping, prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information, Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies,
Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries, Summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements,
Produce payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, Complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors,
Engage in all other accounting/finance related works as per instruction by Head of Accounting Department and the Managment.

Educational Qualifications : Semi-Qualified CA or MBA/MBS with specialization in Accounting & Finance

Experience : Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Account Officer in a reputed Trading House (Import/Export/Distributors) in Nepal

Salary & Perks: Negotiable depending on experiences of Candidates as per the positions mentioned above. The Salary and Perks shall not be constraint for the right candidates. All candidates must have professional experiences working in above mentioned positions preferably with Trading House in the Medical Sectors and must be frequently willing to travel throughout Nepal as part of employment.

NOTE: All candidates must have compulsorily own 2 Wheelers with updated Licenses
