Job Description

Shasheela Motors is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development, and implementation of electrical systems. This position requires a strong foundation in automotive electrical engineering, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
Investigate and resolve electrical issues in vehicles and dealership infrastructure.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of electrical designs, specifications, and testing procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.
Ensure that all electrical systems and components comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and safety standards.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in electrical systems and processes.
Manage electrical engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and relevant technologies.
Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Note:

Preferrence shall be given to candidates with past experience in electrical engineering for EV vehicles.
Preferrence shall be given to candidates with four wheeler license.
