Job Description

Accounting

  • Direct, monitor, supervise and control of the employee under the finance department.
  • Planning of the budget for the new Fiscal Year (FY).
  • Execute without interruption of all the day-to-day finance management activities of the Company.
  • Participate in different levels of meetings related to the Company’s finance management.
  • Maintain financial transparency of all the expenses made on different tittles by the Company.
  • Prepare annual financial report for audit purpose.
  • Carryout the trimester and final audit of the Company.
  • Duly deduction of tax from the employee, hired experts, logistics, transportation, etc. as per the prevailing rules and regulation of the nation.
  • Prepare vouchers; carry out data entry in computerized accounting system, filing, handle petty cash, banking transactions, payments etc.
  • Prepare bank/ cash reconciliation and other financial statements as required.
  • Development and update of the financial progress sheet of different projects.
  • Work closely with the auditor by assembling and providing all necessary financial documents and information for auditing.
  • File payment vouchers and receipts and keep soft copies of all payments and receipts using accounting software.
  • Supervise and manage the accounting team. 
  • High level financial reporting and analysis. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported and is in accordance with accounting records.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Review staff travel and operational expense reports for accuracy and adequate supporting documents and approval in accordance with the Company Policy.
  • Timely deposit the TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) into the Tax Office, government tax deposit timeline should be followed.
  • Provide advice and assistance in managing human resources. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.

Human Resource Management: 

  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Provide training and guide team members involved to ensure proper management of the inventory process.

Information Management

  • Carry out necessary research, analysis and concluding on the information. 
  • Develop and manage project reports with a view to improve the timeliness of management information. 
  • Revise, Update the Financial Guideline/Protocol of the hospital. 
  • Prepare various forms formats to record information. 

Inventory Management: 

  • Manage the computerized inventory system.
  • Manage stock planning, replenishment and inventory control in our stores for Day to Day basis.
  • Provides responsible staff assistance to the store keeper.   
  • Keep inventory of all Company’s property and update the inventory book yearly.

Others: 

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.
