Job Description

  • Managing BSS staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
  • Providing admin support to the Management
  • Producing financial reports and liaising with the Taxation Office
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Maintaining employee records and paperwork
  • Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
  • Knowledge & understanding of national accounting and auditing standards
  • Expert knowledge of statutory requirements (Tax, VAT, labour, contractual) 
  • Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
  • Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
