Job Description

Managing BSS staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
Providing admin support to the Management
Producing financial reports and liaising with the Taxation Office
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
Maintaining employee records and paperwork
Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
Knowledge & understanding of national accounting and auditing standards
Expert knowledge of statutory requirements (Tax, VAT, labour, contractual)
Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

Remuneration: Not a bar for deserving individual
