Job Description

Preparing accounts and tax returns
Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans and financial statements
Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
Coordinating internal and external audits
Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
Cash, Bank control, reconciliation and management
Purchase verification, inter branch transfer verification and reconciling
Verification and updating expenses, fixed assets and other income in books of account
Inter branch Account reconciliation
Daily sales and collection verification
Party Payment, verification and reconciliation

Salary & Benefits : NPR. 30,000-40,000 & PF, Leave encashment, festive bonus and insurance as per labour law of state.
