  • Draft Minutes, agreements, etc. as per requirement
  • Maintain project costing for major contracts on requirement
  • Entertain account enquiries of pre-mentioned stakeholders
  • Preparing accounting & financial budgets and scenarios
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process


Job Description

  • Preparation and maintenance of all accounting and financial reports as required
  • Secure financial information by completing data base backups and storing appropriately
  • Prepare monthly management reports to enable the effective financial management of CAS resources in an accurate and timely manner in particular to develop and produce reports that provides clear and relevant management and business planning information
  • Prepare quarterly financial monitoring reports which are concise but analytical and informative enough to advise senior management of the financial position to enable their decision making
  • Review and improve the financial reporting systems of the company taking account of technological advances and changing business objectives
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • To ensure that the company financial reporting is kept up to date with changes in legislation; regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and taking prompt action to effect any changes necessary to achieve compliance
  • Maintain project costing for major contracts and timely respond to account enquiries of pre-mentioned stakeholders
  • Support with preparation and coordination of the audit process
