Job Description

  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of banking transactions for all the bank accounts
  • Supervise and coordinate all bank reconciliation activities encompassing loans, payments, receipts etc.
  • Verify the reliability and accuracy of bank balance in the general ledger
  • Supervise the deposit of collected revenue such as cash, cheque, card and online payments in specific banks
  • Supervise cash and bank related all the transactions of all branches centrally from HO
  • Contact and co-ordinate with various banks in order to identify the unreconciled transactions and for other banking activities
  • Facilitate the team in issuing Bank Guarantee
