Other Specification

Graduate in any discipline (preferably MBA/MBS) from a recognized university
Should be able to handle all finance and tax related matter independently
Must have sound knowledge in Accounting, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payroll system etc.
Thorough Knowledge of VAT and Taxation system
Should have very good knowledge in popular accounting software
Should have at least 3 years of experience in an accounting position in a reputed organization
Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Description

Daily Update of VAT Register (Sales and Purchase Register)
Monthly Courier Vat Invoices (Purchase/Sales) to HO on Month End
Check and Verify the accuracy of Invoice raised against Sales Order raised by parts
Should be responsible for managing the organization's Accounts, Finance, Store tasks of branch
Maintain and streamline General Accounting, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Taxation, Auditing
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Maintain and streamline Receivable and Payable
