Job Description

Account Officer will be responsible to assist Finance Manager for the overall functioning of finance and account department.

Financial Management

Lead and guide the Finance & Accounting Unit on their day to day functioning.
Support Finance Manager to prepare reports, financial proposal and documents for banking requirements.
Support Finance Manager to prepare Support Finance Manager to prepare financial report to meet ad-hoc demands from different departments.
Support Finance Manager to prepare, analyze, review and revise the annual budget.

Accounting Management

Generate Invoices to clients and follow-up clients for payment.
Day to day financial information updates to sales and development team
Review and finalize salary sheet in compliance with policy and contract paper, and transfer salary
Record day-to-day entry of accounting data in the Accounting software, ensure data quality and maintain the security of the data

Risk Management

Ensure compliance with legal and statutory financial requirement
Work closely with internal and external Auditor to conduct quarterly/annual audit

Policy Compliance

Prepare necessary documentation and ensure timely submission of TDS and CIT as per GoN’s law and acts
Support Finance Manager, as necessary, to review company’s various policies, system, procedure, applicable rules, and regulations
Manage overall internal control system, finalize payment schedule, and proceed for payment with signature
