We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a combination of office tasks and basic accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the audit team to ensure smooth and timely completion of audit-related activities.
Process and record all incoming and outgoing bank transactions accurately.
Support the accounting department by entering financial data into the system.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred, with proficiency in Tally being an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be given preference.
