Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an Account Manager / Receptionist for our esteemed travel/media company. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and prior experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including tally, bookkeeping, and ledger entries
  • Prepare and file VAT and FOREX reports in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Handle petty cash and maintain proper documentation for all transactions
  • Assist with basic documentation work, such as preparing invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to support the overall goals and objectives of the company

Note: 

The candidate will also have to play the role of Receptionist as below:

  • The candidate should deliver outstanding receptionist support by warmly welcoming visitors, promptly addressing phone calls, and effectively guiding inquiries to the relevant departments.
