Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Health At Home. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will be based in Kathmandu with the possibility of some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in sales or account management
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
